During my stay, I found the hotel brilliantly situated just steps away from a convenient Acme grocery and a variety of eateries like Jersey Mike's Subs and Sweet Frog, making it so easy to grab snacks or lunch before heading out to explore, plus it’s only about a kilometer from the Tanger Outlet Center for some shopping. With spacious rooms and easy access to parks, such as Stango Park just a short walk away, and delightful spots like Lewes History Museum and Blockhouse Pond both under 4 km away, the hotel made it easy for me to soak in the charm of the area while enjoying leisurely walks. The only downside was that some parts of the hotel felt a bit worn, but the excellent staff made up for it.

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and the pool area looks well-kept and inviting.
I found trash behind the nightstand and some mold in the bathroom.

So, my recent stay at Staybridge Suites was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the good stuff , the room was quite spacious and I loved the fact that it had ironing facilities. The air conditioning worked like a charm and kept us cool during our stay. The flat, screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. One thing that I really appreciated was the housekeeping service, they kept the room neat and tidy throughout our stay. there were a few areas that definitely could use some improvement. The heating in the room wasn't the best, it took a while to warm up. The patio looked promising but the garden furniture was a bit worn out and could be upgraded. I was disappointed to find that there were no free toiletries provided, something that most hotels usually offer. And while the kitchen area had some cookware and utensils, they seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. On the bright side, there were shops and commercial services nearby which was convenient for any last, minute needs. The laundry facilities were handy for longer stays. Staybridge Suites has potential but could benefit from some updates to make the guest experience even better.

The room was large and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I noticed some cleanliness issues, like debris on the bathroom floor. Temperature control could be better; the AC struggled to cool down the space, even when set to 63. The view overlooking the golf course was lovely, adding a nice touch to our stay. Parking was ample, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was a lingering pet odor in our room, likely due to the pet-friendly policy. Despite a few drawbacks, the daily breakfast was well-stocked and enjoyable.

Great location near the beach and an outdoor pool that was open at convenient hours. The staff was friendly and quick to help. Rooms were spacious with ample outlets and fantastic natural light. the pool left much to be desired, and the breakfast was quite basic with no hot options. Dated decor and an odd smell in some parts were noticeable. I had a few hiccups regarding my service dog, which made the experience less enjoyable. Ultimately, it felt like the place had potential but needed some updates and more consideration with pets.

With 18 attractions and an arcade, it was perfect for water activities. The kids loved the interactive shooting range and midway games. The friendly staff and comfortable amenities made our family trip unforgettable.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities could enhance the experience.

Had a blast over Christmas! Room was cozy, pool was a blast, and breakfast was delish. Loved being close to restaurants, theaters, and shops. Quick drive to the fantastic Rehoboth Beach and charming Historic Lewes. Enjoyed the spacious room with a balcony and friendly staff.
Some wear and tear in the room, small TV, and outdated bathroom. Breakfast area could be bigger with more appliances.

Great location—close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The pool was impeccably clean, with ample seating and umbrellas, a refreshing spot even in winter. Roomy patio suite offered a pleasant space, but cleanliness fell short. I found clipped fingernails by the bed and dirty doors; The breakfast setup needs improvement; limited space and appliances led to long lines. the staff was friendly and attentive. the small TV screen was a letdown, reported but unresolved during my stay. With some significant upgrades needed, I would hesitate to return.

The staff members were super sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location was spot-on, close to beaches, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed the convenience of having multiple bathrooms in the hallway.
The cleanliness left much to be desired; dirty glass doors, mirrors, and trash cans were offputting.

I chose Heritage Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach specifically for its proximity to Beach Time Distilling, which offers some of the most exceptional local flavors found in the wineries and breweries in the area. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all my needs were met with modern amenities and services, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The large room with a nice balcony was a bonus, and the freshly brewed coffee all day kept us going. The location was great, and the pool offered a nice retreat after a night out with friends.
Felt really comfortable, no complaints.

Charming themed property with large rooms. Great pool and friendly staff. Definitely a clean room, A/C was super cold! Best part: overlooking the pool from the balcony.
Having to wait forever for the single elevator made me feel like I was training for the Olympic patience competition.

We laughed non, stop at the arcade games and had a blast at the shooting range. Plus, the jumping, off point for fishing trips was lit , we caught some massive fish that made us feel like pros!
Wish there was a happening nightclub nearby for us to dance the night away after our adventures! .

stayed at Heritage Inn & Suites, and the location was excellent. Close to everything, including the movie theatre, eateries, Tanger Outlets, and grocery stores. A Walmart was conveniently located down the street. the spacious suite with a living room, bar area, and balcony with a great view made our stay comfortable. the staff was very polite and kind, providing a pleasant experience.

During my stay at Heritage Inn & Suites, I was impressed with the spacious and clean room. The comfortable beds and spacious bathroom made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was accommodating, and the jacuzzi tub was a great addition. I'll recommend this hotel.

the heritage inn & suites was clean and comfy, and the staff were super helpful. its location is great - close to the highway, and there's a grocery store and movie theater right across the street. you can easily zip down to the beaches, and they're pet-friendly too. plus, the grab and go breakfast was nice and convenient.
Would be happy to recommend.
